SAFTEY AWARENESS PROGRAMME

IQAC and Women Development Cell department of Bhavna Trust Junior and Degree College of Commerce and Science Organized a seminar on Friday 12th October 2022 at 11.am in room no 207 on the topic “SAFTEY AWARENESS PROGRAMME”, DCP Miss. Darade was invited as a resource person, around 218 Students were present for the program.

The resource person Advocate DCP Miss. Darade guided students about IPC that SEMINAR ON “SAFTEY AWARENESS PROGRAMME” The aim of this programme was to educate the WDC student members on Safety Awareness during travel. Through the sessions the topics covered were interaction and safety awareness, managing common emergencies and legal rights and its implications. Further DCP even highlighted on how to be careful on the road and avoid using mobile phones, listing music during travelling by public/private transport.

Knowing the rights and responsibilities of girls is an important area the cell will be working on in the coming year to empower girl students to voice their opinion and face future challenges. The WDC truly believes in the words I raise up my voice not so I can shout, but so that those without a voice can be heard…we cannot succeed when half of us is held back.
