Webinar on “TRADE SECRETS” was organized on 03rd August 2022 at 11:00 a.m. by IQAC in association with Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Cell. The Resource person Prof Vaishali Kharat. from S.K. Somaiya College explained in lucid way the different provisions under Indian Intellectual Property Act. Prof Vaishali Kharat explained the importance of TRADE SECRETS in Industrial, research and academic field. The Resource Person also explained about the TRADE SECRETS Rules and Regulations prevalent in India.
