The Resource person Prof. Vaishali kharat explained in lucid way the different provisions under Indian Intellectual Property act. Prof. Vaishali Kharat explained the importance of Trade Marks in Industrial, research and academic field, The Resource Person also explained about the Trade Marks Rules and Regulations prevalent in India.
