National Librarian Day was celebrated on 12th August 2023 On this occasion, we pay gratitude to the father of Library Science Dr. S. R Ranganathan on his birth anniversary & we recognize the dedication and passion of our librarians who tirelessly work behind the scenes to curate resources, assist patrons, and create a welcoming environment conducive to exploration and discovery. From organizing collections to facilitating research endeavors, librarians play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of students and faculty alike.
Reading awareness programme was organized on account of Librarians day on 12th august 2023 at 12.00 am in the library hall. A small book exhibition was organized on the occasion . Nearly 41 volunteers took part in the programme
