IQAC and DLLE Unit arranged a lecture on ‘DLLE Orientation Programme’ on Monday, 05th October 2020 at 11.00 am to 12.00 pm by online mode.DLLE Convener Asst Prof. Ankita S. Gawade and Asst.Prof Monali Patankar informed students about the DLLE Orientation Programme .DLLE established on October 12, 1978 and has been recognized as a Statutory Department of the University of Mumbai since 1994 to promote a meaningful and sustained rapport between the Universities and the community. Its mission is to maintain the voice of helping professional focused on serving college and university students in a mental health setting. The working motto of DLLE is, ‘Reach to the Unreached’, to facilitate the sensitization of the student to the socio-cultural realities, the Department offers for the students, extension work projects encompassing social issues. The student is awarded Ten Additional Marks at the final exam for a project on completion of 120 hours of work and the submission of a project report, which are undertaken by degree college students.
