Bhavna Trust Junior and Degree College successfully conducted a Gender Audit on 2nd May 2025, with the objective of promoting gender sensitivity and inclusivity within the institution.
The audit was conducted by Mrs. Rashmi Joshi, a renowned Gender Equality Activist, who assessed various aspects of the college’s environment, policies, and practices related to gender equity. The session included interactive discussions and observations.
Mrs. Joshi appreciated the college’s ongoing efforts towards fostering a gender-balanced atmosphere and provided valuable recommendations for further strengthening gender equality initiatives.
The audit marks a significant step in the college’s commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and empowering educational space for all genders.
