Bhavna Trust Junior & Degree College of Commerce and Science in association with Airports Authority of India conducted webinar on VIGILANCE AWARENESS WEEK 2020.
The Webinar was hosted by Mrs. Rupali Sinkar with brief introduction about college ,by Prof.Shailesh Arondekar and an address by our Hon’ble President Shri. Jayant Bhawsar Sir. Almost 66 participants took part in this webinar including three Respected Guests from AAI – Mr. Vikram Thakkar (DGM), Mr. J .Anil Kumar (AGM ) and Ms. Meena Aher, the main spokesperson – (Asst. Manager HR). College acknowledged the role of Patrons – Late Mr. Keshavji Chhadva and Late Mrs. Meenaben Bhawsar who were always a source of inspiration for us. The main objective of this Webinar was to showcase our college as active participant in this Vigilance Awareness Week 2020 and create zero tolerance against corruption. The main theme for this year is Vigilant India, Prosperous India.The programme started with the University Song followed by a brief on Vigilant Commission by Mrs. Rupali Sinkar and their role. Ms. Meena Aher thereafter presented the history and information on Airports Authority of India, their mission, role and job opportunities. Through this programme,the vigilance department of AAI wish to make collegiate aware of the need of adopting and following corruption free governance and be vigilant.Our college would also host few of these activities and competitions like Slogan writing, Poster making, Essay writing, Elocution, Debates, poems and cartoon making in the awareness week. The officials appreciated the efforts taken by the college. management for good governance like No donations, Cashless transactions, Digital banking, internal and statutory audit, internal complaints committee, suggestion box on every floor etc. Ms. Aparna Madam gave the Vote of thanks followed by National Anthem.
